IMI Management, LLC provides community resource navigation support for individuals and families who need help finding and understanding available resources. Whether someone is facing a life transition, family need, housing concern, workforce barrier, wellness need, or simply does not know where to start, our goal is to help make the next step clearer and more manageable.

How Resource Navigation Works

IMI Management reviews the request to better understand the situation and identify possible next steps.
3. Resource Connection
We help connect the individual, family, or partner to relevant community resources, programs, or services.
4. Follow-Up When Appropriate
When applicable, we provide follow-up support to help clarify next steps, encourage completion, or identify additional needs.
