IMI Management, LLC was created from a real understanding of what it feels like to need support, direction, resources, and a safe place to start again.
For many individuals and families, the hardest part is not always wanting to change. The hardest part is knowing where to begin, who to call, what questions to ask, and how to keep going when life feels overwhelming. Too often, people are handed a phone number, a flyer, or a referral, but no real guidance on what to do next. IMI Management exists to help close that gap.
Founder Erica C. Joubert created IMI Management with a heart for people who are rebuilding their lives, navigating transitions, facing family challenges, seeking personal growth, or trying to connect to services that can help them move forward. Through years of professional, community, and lived experience, Erica saw the same need over and over again: people do not just need information; they need connection, encouragement, accountability, and practical next steps.
IMI Management was built to be a bridge between people and possibilities. Whether someone needs resource navigation, personal development, mediation, financial wellness education, workforce readiness, community support, or a referral connection through the CHW Resource Hub, the goal is to help each person feel seen, supported, and equipped.
